Light up your world with the Philips Candeo

The newest product range introduced by Philips Vidiwall goes by the name of Candeo. These 120" LED-based screens are the latest in Philips displays.

Extensive research has shown that out-of-home communication is becoming increasingly important as this form of media develops rapidly across the world. The most effective communication in larger indoor environments occurs from a distance of 5 to 50 meters. Until now, there has been no suitable means of dynamic communication that can overcome the issue of size for full impact and the ambient light conditions. The traditional plasma and LCD displays are too small to communicate effectively and there has not been an out-of-the-box solution for this that also offers a long lifetime.

With this in mind, Philips Vidiwall has developed the Candeo range of displays, designed specifically to bridge this gap. They are ideal for this viewing distance making them perfect for the retail, transport, entertainment and leisure markets. These Philips LED-based TVs display all content with ultra-high brightness so viewing is crystal clear, even in bright ambient conditions.

The Candeo video screens benefit greatly from the implementation of proven Philips technologies. These 16:9 displays contain the unique features SmoothPix™ and ASP™, to ensure a perfectly uniform and lifelike image. There are 3 models in the range – Candeo 4-120i, Candeo 6-120i and Candeo 10-120i – all of which run on a standard power supply. The Candeo screens all operate with Dynamic Power Control and are HD ready. They can be used either in a portrait or landscape setting.
